Hi Guys!* I worked with Holiday Inn this morning and they revised the contract and it was assigned to me. I signed it and faxed it back. I confirmed this afternoon that we are in their computer system and they are ready to take reservations.*
Rooms are reserved as follows:*

If we need more rooms and they are available, they will honor our special rate of: $109.00 each night, plus applicable taxes, which is 11%. Cancellation before 6 PM on the date of the first day of reservation will be accepted WITHOUT penalty..*

Group Rate for Reunion at the Holiday Inn Ronkonkoma has been secured for our reunion. The special rate is $109.00 plus applicable taxes (11%) These rates run from Sept. 9th thru Sept. 12th We have reserved only ten (10) rooms, therefore the sooner you reserve your room the better. We have been advised that they will provide us additional rooms if they are available.*

Choice of King or Double beds Check in is 3 pm - hotel can not guarantee early arrival, however if your room is ready, it is likely they will issue you a key. I stayed at this hotel a few years ago and the service was great, as well as the food in their dinning room. I was happy to see that the committee chose this facility.*
